Meet the Teachers!

Ms. G: I teach 4K and Preschool here at Fontana and love it! I graduated from UW-Whitewater with a degree in Early Childhood/Special Education and am so glad to be at Fontana! My favorite colors are pink and sparkles but I love doing messy sensory projects too. I love working with 3 - 5 year olds because the world is still a happy and magical place in their eyes and every day is a new adventure. I have a dog and cat at home along with lots and lots of books! If you would like to contact me directly my extension is 218 and my email is

Ms. Thompson: My name is Ms. Thompson but I was known as Mrs. Bona for years here at Fontana. I was a substitute teacher almost daily at Fontana and I am thrilled to be here permanently as a paraprofessional. My position duties have me in the 4K classroom for most of the morning and nothing could make me happier! Every day brings a new learning experience for our little ones and an even greater one for Ms.G and Ms. Thompson:)
I am a mother of five children ages eleven through twenty six. It never ceases to amaze me how unique each one is, all starting to contribute their talents to the world.I graduated from the University of Madison and still enjoy occasional trips back there. The most memorable one was the day my son's University of ElPaso's football team played the Badgers. We were the lone orange and blue in a sea of RED.  I was also a flight attendant for twenty six years and love sharing that job by playing "airplane" in the classroom. I still have students commenting on the "trip" we took six years later!

Have a fabulous day!
