Middle school sports are about learning, growing, and having fun through athletic competition. They offer students in grades 6–8 a chance to:
Try new sports: like volleyball, basketball, track, and more!
Build skills: improving coordination, teamwork, communication, and discipline!
Make friends: by being part of a team and working toward shared goals!
Develop confidence: by learning how to compete, win with humility, and lose with grace!
Stay active and healthy: encouraging physical fitness in a fun, structured way!
While winning is exciting, the main focus is on effort, improvement, and good sportsmanship. Middle school sports help prepare students for more competitive high school athletics while creating positive memories and life lessons along the way.
Join us for practice! Our athletic sessions take place Monday through Thursday, 3:30 PM to 4:45 PM.
A friendly reminder: please arrange for your child's pick-up after practice, as bus transportation isn't available for after-school activities. Comprehensive information is included on the permission form.
Your child's safety is a priority! The student fee provides insurance coverage for all students involved in physical education classes and school-sponsored extracurricular athletics.
We believe in fostering well-rounded student-athletes. Please review Board of Education Policy 370: Athletic/Extracurricular Guidelines to understand the academic, conduct, and behavior expectations for participation.
Any student who plans to participate in sports must have signed permission and concussion forms on file before practice begins!
