School update

Hello Falcons!!

St. Patrick's Day always bring fun and excitement to school.  Pictured is our kindergarten class that was overrun by a sneaky leprechaun before our investigative students began to find clues to his presence.  Here are FIVE things to know this week:

  1. Last call for the jump rope for heart.  Link HERE for last call information.  Great job with all the effort and time to care for your physical and mental health!!
  2. Our spring break is this coming week.  Have a great time away and recharge!  our first day back to school is Monday, March 27th.
  3. We are excited to present to our Falcon community "The Wizard of OZ Junior".  Our first musical at Fontana.  The staff and students have been working hard to prepare and practice their roles in the last few weeks.  Our two performances will be on April 14th and 15th.  We can't wait to share this amazing event with our school community.
  4. Additionally, we will have our annual "Falcon Fine Arts Night" on Thursday, April 20th.  Our students have been hard at work creating artwork to show off to our entire community.
  5. Thank you to Mr. Smith and our entire Falcon staff for preparing the Music in Our Schools performance this past week.  Our elementary students put on a great show.  This was our firstt time offering the program during the daytime hours, and we also presented the performance on Facebook Live.

I'm proud to be a part of our school that provides high levels of learning each and everyday.  Enjoy your break Falcons.  Our school office will be staffed on Monday and Tuesday during the break, but we are available as needed outside of those hours.
