We have completed our first full week of November for week 11. We are grateful to all of our families and community for recognizing our half-day inservice this week. It allows all of our staff time to collaborate, learning, and professionally develop to be our best! Here are FIVE things to know this week:

We are excited to start our very first Storytelling and Podcasting after school program with Mr. Jim May, world renowned author and storyteller. You can RSVP to our group by emailing Steve Torrez at [email protected]. We have dates for the remainder of this year (11/12, 11/19, 12/3, 12/10) and more dates to come for 2026. This is for 5th grade through any adults interested. Spots limited.
Thank you to our friends at Motion of Gratitude for providing our professional development this Friday. We were excited to have some parents and community members join our staff to learn about self-care, wellness, and leadership. We will definitely look to have more and more PD opportunities in partnership with our community. Wellness matters, every day.
Our annual Veteran's Day assembly is this Tuesday, November 11th. We will be serving lunch for any interested Veterans at 12:30p and our assembly starts in the gym at 1:30p. Please RSVP to Mrs. Sahs at [email protected] to help us with our food ordering. All are welcome to our assembly and we look forward to honoring all those that serve(ed).
Boys basketball season is upon us! Don't miss our first game against Woods School on Wednesday, November 12th. The game is at Woods School! See you there.
