Hello Falcons!!
We have officially gotten to week 30 of our school year, which brought us to spring break! Our daycare is open all spring break, but our school and office are closed March 23 through March 27. Here are FIVE things to know this week:
Congratulations to our middle school choir and honors band who both performed at the Rock Valley Workshop this past week. Thank you to Ms. Jacoby and Mr. Smith for making these opportunities available to our students.
We have once again collected a large amount of LOST AND FOUND. We have had the collected clothes, boots, and winter wear in the main lobby for over a week. Please stop in when we return from spring break for a final check before things are donated April 3rd.
Our district is in the last year of a four year, non-recurring operational referendum, and we have a new four year, non-recurring operational referendum on the April 7th election ballot. Please reach out to Steve Torrez (administrator - storrez@fontana.k12.wi.us) or Emma Peiffer (business manager - epeiffer@fontana.k12.wi.us) with any questions or for more information. The last four years saw our mill/tax rate decrease each year and the projections for the next four years will see our mill/tax rate continue to decrease. You can also find more information on our website by CLICKING HERE.
The Open Enrollment window is open now, until April 30th, for the 2026-2027 school year. For more information you can CLICK HERE or contact Mrs. Schanau in our office (wschanau@fontana.k12.wi.us).
Mark your calendars!! April 10th and 11th will be our Seussical Musical Jr. This amazing performance by our very own students at Fontana will showcase their tireless work and talent for two days!! Our performance takes place right at Fontana school!! Can't wait.
Have a great spring break Falcons, enjoy some time away, and we can't wait to see you back on Monday, March 30th.
