Hello Falcons!!
We just finished our last week in May for the school year!! We have our last week of the 25/26 school year coming up. We have learning, fun, and celebration to put a wrap on another successful school year!! Here are FIVE things to know this week:
Thank you to Big Foot High School for year two of a new tradition to have all the graduates walk through each elementary school. It's great for our current students to see along with the benefits of our staff and former students to reconnect. Such a great day!! Congratulations class of 2026!
We have so many ways to stay active during the summer at Fontana!! We have our Summer of Excellence every Tuesday starting June 9th at our school weekly in partnership with the Fontana Library and Big Foot Recreation. We offer summer coaching for anyone interested in staying connected with our staff weekly MORE IN LINK HERE. We will also have our regular summer school from August 3rd through the 14th. We are sure you will find something that meets your needs and interests this summer at Fontana and feel free to invite family and friends as our summer programming is not limited to Fontana students only.
Our last day of school is Friday June 5th and also an early release at 11:45a for all students. Our daycare will also be closed by 12p for our final staff inservice and closure. REMINDER--8th grade graduates please don't forget to retrieve brag board items by June 5th.

Our field day will be Thursday, June 4th. Please have your Falcon properly dressed to be outside most of the day to play games with some water activities also included.
