Hello Falcons!!
If you can believe it, we have finished 8 weeks of summer break already!! We are continuing to plan, deep clean, and prepare for the 26/27 school year that is fast approaching. Don't forget, our Tuesday Summer of Excellence programming still runs through mid August from 9-12p each week. Here are FIVE things to know this week:
We still have room for our summer school classes that run from August 3rd through August 14th from 9-12p Monday through Friday. To register CLICK HERE and to learn more about all that is going on in summer at Fontana CLICK HERE or visit our website and click on the summer school tab.
This Tuesday, July 28th you DO NOT WANT TO MISS the showing of our third epic movie MODZILLA. This full length movie will be playing in the Fontana gym starting at 10a on Tuesday. See you there, if you dare!!
We are almost there Fontana in regards to registration for the 26/27 school year!! We have less than 30 students left to register for the new school year. To register visit our website and click the registration link. Anyone who attended Fontana in 25/26 is considered an Existing Student and anyone else is a New Student, but everyone needs to register each year regardless of where you attended last school year. Please email [email protected] or [email protected] with any questions.
Please note, when registering, you can pay your fees for the year, including adding money to their lunch account. What you will NOT see this year is an option to pay for the yearbook. All yearbook purchases will be run through our picture vendor during picture day. The 26/27 picture day is 9/22/26 and retake day is 10/19/26 this year. Fall sports is right around the corner, which means cross-country season is coming! Not only is cross-country fun, but it is a sport that instills sportsmanship, team-building, and a lifelong enjoyment of running. If you have a 5th-8th grader that is interested in joining the CC team there will be an interest meeting from 3:30-3:45 on Thursday, September 3rd. (Note: Practices will begin on Tuesday, Sept. 8th, and will "run" from 3:35-4:45 Monday-Thursday).
