Hello Falcons,
Our students, staff, and families have been extremely supportive and collaborative. We thank you for the teamwork again and again as our Family environment has allowed our doors to remain open during a global pandemic. Week 33 brought in more sleds and snow, which provides great outdoor activity for our students of all ages. Here are FIVE things to know this week.
- We have notice from Walworth County Health that our staff will be able to get the COVID Vaccine on March 5th/6th. As a result, we will be adjusting our school calendar. March 1st will now be an attendance day for all students (former staff inservice/snow make-up day) and Friday March 5th will be a staff inservice day (non-attendance day for students). - We are excited to announce that our Middle School track season will officially happen this spring. Mr. Collin Schultz will be sharing more information in the coming weeks, but we are so thankful to offer an outdoor extra-curricular activity to get our students active.
- Calling all skilled/interested drone flying parents/community members. We are exploring the idea of starting a drone club for interested students, but first we want to gauge interest and skilled flight instructors. Please contact storrez@fontana.k12.wi.us or call our office with interest.
- As a reminder, don't forget to our Wellness Wednesday Family sessions offered, at no cost, by our social worker, Ms. C in collaboration with local mental health professionals. HERE is a link to our student services newsletter with more information! The wellness of our community is a priority!
- Our student reports cards are available in Infinite Campus. Please log into your parent portal to review 2nd quarter reports. If you need assistance logging in or if you would prefer a paper copy, please contact our office 262-275-6881 and we are more than happy to assist.
