Hello Falcons!
It's hard to believe, but we have already had four weeks of summer since school ended. Our dry weather finally found some rain to bring our grass and plants back to life! Here are FIVE things to know this week:
- As a reminder, our Falcon Early Childhood Center will be closed on Monday, July 5th in recognition of the 4th Holiday. Our school office will be open regular school hours.
- We often get questions about what happens in a school during the summer. Just this last week we had our special education staff in for a training, our library continues to get renovated, we had at least 5 or more teachers in organizing and planning their room space, learning data from last school year was reviewed by teachers, and our Multi-tiered support handbook was reviewed and worked on. We appreciate this time to further prepare, improve, and plan for the upcoming school year!

- The Fontana Library needs your feedback. There is a survey link HERE to provide much needed feedback to our local library. Please take a few minutes to complete.
- Another reminder that our online registration will begin on July 12th. As many of you may know, last summer was our first year of full online registration. Your fees and any payments will also be included in the online portal. Any unpaid fees from last school year will roll over into the new school year. Please know we are still working/planning/learning and we are happy to help and support all families through this process. Thank you for your understanding, teamwork, and patience.
As a school district, we continue to work diligently on planning for next school year. This will include updated health and safety practices, improved access to innovative technology in our Fab Lab, extended curriculum, along with many other areas of growth. We will continue to communicate, support, and team with our school community during this planning process. Please reach out to our office with any immediate questions or suggestions.
